11KV, 22KV & 33KV Panels Panels with Vacuum Circuit Breakers and SF-6 CBs of ABB: Indoor Type Panels Available with current ratings upto 4000A and Short Time Ratings of 26.3/40KA. Panel is designed and type tested to meet the requirements of IEC-60298 / IS :3427. Choice of Aluminum and Copper Busbars Outdoor Type Kiosks  Available with current ratings upto 4000A and Short Time Ratings of 26.3/40KA/44KA. Panel is designed and type tested to meet the requirements of IEC-60298 & IS :3427. Degree of Protection for enclosure upto IP55. Load Break Switch Panels  Available in current rating of 400A, 630A and 1250A and STR of upto 31.5KA. Degree of Protection IP4X for Indoor Type & IP5X for Outdoor Kiosks. Here LBS of ABB-Poland make is used with or without Fuses & Earth Switch. Standard Manual operation or Motorised Version available on request Double Busbar Panels DOUBLE BUS Switchgear Panels with Automatic Bus Transfer Schemes are regularly supplied by us. Their utility is the provision of another set of busbars to supply power when one source fails or the flexibility to share the load on the Grid and / or a separate source. Each busbar is connected through Isolators or Circuit Breakers which are mechanically interlocked so that either one of them operates at one time. Enough protective equipment is provided so that power transfer between the busbars takes place smoothly and safely.
ADAPTER PANELS & CONTROL AND RELAY PANELS HT Panels are manufactured by many companies. Sometimes there is an existing panel of a particular make and a new panel of another make has to be installed, an Adapter Panel is used to couple the two different types. This is so because the placement of busbars is different for different panel designs. Thus Adapter Panels are used to couple the two different types. Control and Relay panels are used when a particular panel has to be operated from a different position like a separate common room, either for convenience or due to extreme weather conditions.
SF-6 INSULATED RING MAIN UNITS (RMU) UPTO 33KV We are pleased to offer our metal enclosed SF6 insulated compact switchgear type Safe Plus. The switchgear system is tested according to all relevant IEC standards. Safe Plus is a completely sealed system with a stainless steel tank containing all the live parts and switching functions. A sealed steel tank with constant atmospheric conditions ensures a high level of reliability as well as personnel safety and virtually a maintenance-free system. Can be supplied in various configurations. It offers extendibility and fully /semi modular configuration possibilities. It can be made extendable on both sides for expansion. Vacuum Contactor Panels These Vacuum Contactors from ABB are available upto 11KV and can be used in motor starters, motor controls, Capacitor applications, and in a combination of Fixed and Draw out Operation, in a line up of panels with VCBs and used with fuses for Transformer and Motor Protection also. The contactors use the latest technology and with very low power consumption and highest no. of operations and highest Short Time Current Ratings as compared to the other products available in the market.

Outdoor SF- 6 Circuit Breakers upto 40KV Available in a current rating of upto 2500A and STR of 31.5KA / 3sec. It is designed and type tested to meet requirements of IEC-62271-100. Applications: Used in power distribution for controlling and protecting lines, substations and transformer and distribution substations, transformers, rectifier units, capacitor banks etc Thanks to SF-6 AUTOPUFFER breaking technique, they do not generate over voltages and are therefore highly suitable for retrofitting, upgrading and enlarging older installations where the insulating materials of the cables and apparatus may have been stressed during service. COMPACT SUB-STATION ( CSS ) UPTO 22KV The Compact Sub Station is designed, keeping in mind the personal safety and aesthetics, considering HT equipment is located in high density urban centers. It is designed in accordance with IEC 61330 standards. It is a pre fabricated secondary sub station consisting of distribution transformer, medium voltage switchgear, low voltage switchboard, connections and associated equipment in a compact unit. All components are housed in an enclosure which protects the equipment against environmental hazards and unauthorized access. The electrical equipment is cooled by natural ventilation through openings in the substation. The galvanized steel structure is bolted to the structure. The result is a fully earthed enclosure, providing as high level of personal safety. CSS is designed and fabricated using material and equipment capable of withstanding harsh climatic and weather conditions. Key Features
